Thanks for visiting this site.  Through the use of this technology we hope to advance and plan our professional inquiry approaches.

Let's try using this format when reflecting on an institute allowing us to gain collective insights.

After an institute you are requested to make a post sharing your insights.  You can do your own or build on one for that institute that a co-facilitator has done.

What should a facilitator post include?
 Well we are group knowledge building so we are sharing insights that add to our collective facilitator practice.  What happened during the session that was a learning moment?  What errors did you make that are worth noting so we can avoid these in the future.  What new resources came up?  What new innovation did you try and how did it work out?  New innovations are particularly important to note and document.  We are doing more than following a formula.  We are trying to walk the "all ideas are improvable " talk.

There is  a thread with your name on it. When you make a new post label it with your name and then you will create your own thread of contributions.

Please learn how to use this site since we can use the same format to work with groups of teachers. i.e .we can set up a blog that contribute their classroom facilitation experience to and share with others.;  this has worked really well with some groups in the past.
